With over 30 years of experience leading both direct and indirect sales organisations in global tech companies, I’ve had the privilege of holding key leadership roles at renowned companies such as IBM, i2, Microsoft, and Documentum EMC. My journey has taken me across various sectors, including global government agencies (from National Security to Defence Intelligence), law enforcement, anti-money laundering, fraud detection, digital publishing, and pharmaceutical industries, from discovery to launch.

My expertise lies in identifying and addressing areas that can improve profitability, increase market share, boost stock value, enhance operational efficiencies, and diagnose business or sales performance gaps.

What I’m most passionate about is building high-performance sales teams and partner networks.
